Breast and Colon Cancer Family Registries

The Breast and Colon Cancer Family Registries (BC-CFR) of the National Cancer Institute  is a resource for investigating the genetic epidemiology of breast, ovarian, and colorectal cancers.  Six clinical sites collect  data from thousands of patients, which are supplied to Informatics Support Center run by Georgetown.  This center develops and maintains the core data and software infrastructure for the registries. More information about the registries can be found at epi.grants.cancer.gov/CFR.
