Adil Alaoui, Director of Health Information Technology and Operations, provides leadership, integrated management, and strategic direction to align research requirements with technical solutions. He is responsible for the design and implementation of Health Information Exchange approaches to integrate disparate systems and maintain heterogeneous data in secure research data warehouses for secondary use.
Anas Belouali is a Software Engineer at ICBI and is involved in the design and development of innovative approaches to integrate disparate data sources, application development as well as maintenance of several clinical research applications. He is interested in the design and development of integrative bioinformatics systems leveraging his experience in data warehousing and business intelligence and big data and analytics in healthcare.
Ms. Bhuvaneshwar is a Bioinformatician/Data Manager in the Innovation Center for Biomedical Informatics (ICBI) at Georgetown University. She has expertise in bioinformatics analysis and systems biology research, and combines her interdisciplinary skills in bioinformatics and biostatistics for numerous projects within ICBI. Her primary research responsibilities include clinical data management; high throughput bioinformatic analysis; statistical and bayesian analysis; systems biology and pathway analysis.
Sr. Clinical Database Lead
Mrs. Kanchi Krishnamurthy is an accomplished Clinical Database Programmer with many years of experience in bioinformatics. She holds her master’s degree in Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University in India. Kanchi is an Oracle Certified Forms Developer (OCP) and is responsible for maintaining the clinical database and managing the interface with data managers at Georgetown University’s Clinical Research Management Office (CRMO).
Research Associate/Services Coordinator
Ms. Shruti Rao is a Research Associate and Services Manager at ICBI. Her primary research responsibilities include biocuration of clinical notes and public literature to extract relevant information on biomarkers, diseases, drugs and biomarker alterations that influence disease progression and therapeutic outcomes as well as systems biology and pathway analysis of high throughput OMICS data. In addition, Shruti also manages and provides support for ICBI bioinformatics and clinical informatics services.
Camelia Bencheqroun is a Database Engineer in the Innovation Center for Biomedical Informatics (ICBI) at Georgetown University. Before joining ICBI, Camelia worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst for several companies in France and Canada. She has over six years of experience Data Integration, Data Visualization, and Software development. She received her Master’s in Computer Science (Computer methods applied to business management) from Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne in France.
Clinical Database Analyst and Programmer
Shuo is a top-performed Data Specialist with expertise in Clinical Database programming, Data Visualization and Statistical Analysis. She enjoyed combing analytical and technical skills and leverage data to improve healthcare system and passionate about driving actionable business decisions through the use of data visualization. Prior to joining ICBI, she is a SAS (Statistical Analysis System) Certified Advanced Programmer and worked for the New York State Office of Mental Health as a research scientist
