As of March 2020, please note that certain tools in the G-DOC analysis suite are currently unavailable, pending a major upgrade of the system. These tools include: heatmaps, variant search, CIN index visualization, pathway enrichment analysis and imaging. We recommend using the following software solutions while our tools are temporarily unavailable: WebMeV, CRAVATCINdex , Reactome, and TCIA. We apologize for the inconvenience.

About G-DOC

G-DOC is our Flagship platform that enables the integrative analysis of multiple data types to understand disease mechanisms. G-DOC was designed and engineered to be a unique multi-omics data analysis resource for translational cancer research. It currently integrates clinical, transcriptomic, metabolomic, and systems-level analysis into a single, user-friendly cloud based platform. This integration allows users to identify trends and patterns in complex datasets. Our collaborators include Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center Research Programs and Shared Resources.
