Victor Clarke, MS

Victor Clarke is a Database Administrator within the Innovation Center for Biomedical Informatics (ICBI) at Georgetown University. He is responsible for assisting investigators in cohort discovery to adapt the use of clinical applications and clinical research findings within the community to promote higher quality in human health and treatments.

Prior to working for ICBI, Mr. Clarke worked as a Clinical Database Specialist for the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) at National Institutes of Health (NIH). He implemented and maintained several clinical and laboratory databases including but not limited to the ClinSeq database, which is a large-scale medical sequencing clinical research project.

Mr. Clarke holds a master’s degree in Biochemistry with a focus in bioinformatics from Georgetown University. He is also certified as a Medical Laboratory Technologist by the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
