Cancer Systems Biology

The ICBI supports the wet lab research of a multi-collaborator NIH U54 grant to study breast cancer research. The primary goals of the informatics support are to: 

1. Manage and organize data collected from each project and core
2. Support the development and dissemination of standards-based software tools for computational modeling and simulation experiments
3. Develop portals for information visualization
4. Enable accessibility to all datasets
5. Provide data analysis on raw data for biological interpretation
